TERMS OF SALE
These terms will apply to all purchases of goods when you order via our website. (www.laykh.com)
- These Conditions and any matters referred to on our receipt form the entire understanding between you and us and supersede any prior promises, representations (unless fraudulent) or undertakings.
- Any omission or error in any sales literature may be corrected by us without liability.
- Before you submit your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of your order and correct any input errors.
- Please be advised that exotic leathers are all natural products. No two skins are identical in pattern or pigment therefore no two bags will be identical. Pictures are for reference only.
- Gift wrapping is available for all orders and will include a hand written card with your message. Please enter your gift message in the special instruction box at checkout

- All prices are in American Dollars (USD).
- If an error is found in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
- In addition to the price of the goods, you will be required to pay a delivery charge. You will be informed of the delivery charge payable when you place your order. The amount of the delivery charge will vary depending on the value of your order and your delivery location.
- Payments are taken via online payment solutions – PAYPAL or STRIPE
- Your order will only be processed once your full payment has been received
- Goods will only be dispatched by us to you within and up to 15 working days of receiving your payment.
- Our preferred courier carrier is Hong Kong Speed Post. If you would like to arrange delivery with your preferred carrier please email email@example.com
- You order will be delivered to the address which you provide to us when you place your order.
- For security reasons all purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to PO boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. If there is no one at the address given to accept delivery of the goods, you will be asked to contact our courier service in order to collect the goods or arrange an alternative delivery date.
- We shall repair or replace, free of charge any Goods damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been made by our carrier.
- Due to Agricultural Laws – we are unable to ship to python to California and Thailand and all leathers to India
REPAIRS & DAMAGES
- Should you wish to repair your purchase at anytime please contact Laykh on firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of what you would like repaired. Our Team will be in contact with you with an estimation of costs and lead time.
- If you are unhappy with your product please email email@example.com within and up to 24 hours after delivery lets see what we can do for you.
- All bespoke orders are final.
